The sexual assault charge against radio personality Harry Michael Dekker is still not resolved.
The case remains in mediation, as Dekker's lawyer Mark Brayford indicated in provincial court in Saskatoon Tuesday morning.
There, Brayford set Feb. 25 as the return date for those matters.
The charge against Dekker stems from an alleged incident near Borden in September 2012. The case has moved slowly through the courts throughout 2013 and has been in mediation for a number of months. A publication ban remains in effect.
