Drug charges laid

James Michael Kuhl is facing a charges after being arrested in Turtleford Sunday.

Turtleford/Glaslyn RCMP say they were called to a local business to deal with an individual who was acting erratically. The business operator wanted the man removed from the premises, police say.

RCMP report the man was found to be in possession of 44 independently wrapped baggies of cocaine with a combined weight of 14 grams. He also had $650 in cash.

Kuhl, who will appear in St. Walburg Provincial Court Wednesday, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime.
