An individual facing a host of drug charges in North Battleford provincial court has died.
Graham Baptiste was facing multiple charges including trafficking crystal meth and cocaine, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possessing property obtained by crime and other counts. He was arrested along with four others in North Battleford as part of an RCMP operation last December.
In provincial court Tuesday, counsel confirmed Baptiste had passed away on the weekend. Both federal and provincial Crown counsel entered stays of proceedings on all counts.
