Fire alarms caused a little excitement at Fabricland at about 10:15 a.m. Monday.
North Battleford Fire Department reports the alarms were activated by fogging being used to remove smoke odour.
The store is temporarily closed as staff work to undo the damage caused by the fire in the neighbouring Bargain Shop early Thursday morning.
Firefighters were on the scene for less than a half hour.
