St. Walburg RCMP reported Tuesday they are investigating a fatal collision that occurred on Highway 3 on Oct. 21 at 7:30 p.m. A car and two pickup trucks collided in the roadway.
The lone 57-year-old male driver of the car, from Lloydminster, was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS.
The two lone occupants of the pickup trucks were from the Loon Lake and Hillmond areas: a 79-year-old man and an 85-year-old man were transported to hospital to receive treatment for what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing by St. Walburg RCMP with the assistance of an RCMP collision reconstructionist.
