There has been another adjournment in the fraud case against former RM of Meota administrator Maryann Germann.
April 27 has been set as the return date for the case in provincial court in North Battleford. Also, a case management meeting has been set for the week before, on April 20.
Counsel for the Crown and defence appeared in provincial court Wednesday morning before Judge Kim Young.
