Six false alarms were among the approximately 20 calls for service answered by Battlefords RCMP between 6 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11.


Tuesday


7:03 a.m. - OnStar request to locate a vehicle driver in the area of Frontier Way, not responding after emergency key was pressed. Subject located a short time later, safe and sound.


10:11 a.m. - 15-year-old youth reported missing, last seen on 8th Avenue, walking outside and not believed to be adequately dressed for weather. Located within the hour.


12:03 p.m. - Complaint of libel through Facebook. Subject of complaint located and warned about behaviour.


5:10 p.m. - Report of hockey equipment stolen from a vehicle parked on 1600 block of 100th Street, believed to have happened sometime between 10 and 11 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9.


Wednesday


12:04 a.m. - 36-year-old man arrested for being unlawfully in a dwelling after complaint of intoxicated male causing problems at a residence on 99th Street. Held in custody until sober. No charges pursued.
