The case against five individuals accused of kidnapping earlier this month continues to make its way through North Battleford Provincial Court.
June 23 is the next court date for Garth Iron, one of two adults charged in the case. In his last appearance in court Tuesday, Iron was denied bail and a publication ban on evidence in his case was issued as well.
A decision on bail for three youth suspects was scheduled for Wednesday morning.
The five face charges including kidnapping, pointing a firearm, uttering threats, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and assault.
