Battlefords RCMP responded to 25 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Sunday, March 23 and 6 a.m. Monday, March 24.
They responded to one false alarm and two noise complaints and received three false/nuisance 911 calls.
Sunday
7:15 a.m. - Report of an assault/fight having occurred at a residence on Thomas Avenue earlier in evening. Still under investigation.
8:09 a.m. - Police called to a disturbance at a hotel. Several suspects located, intoxicated. All subjects voluntarily left area.
9:35 a.m. - Report of persons fighting at a hotel. Two men, ages 33 and 20 located and arrested. Held in custody until sober. 20-year-old is facing two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
11:47 a.m. - Vehicle parked on 104th Street had licence plate stolen.
2:33 p.m. - The 70-year-old man arrested and charged with impaired driving yesterday, upon his release today attended to the mall intoxicated and was trying to fight people. Subject arrested again, this time for being intoxicated in public.
4:01 p.m. - Call of a fight involving several persons on 114th Street. Patrols to area did not locate any individuals. No further complaints received.
9:34 p.m. - A 27-year-old woman was arrested and faces a charge of assault after complaint of domestic disturbance at a residence on 114th Street. A 43-year-old man was also arrested on scene. Alcohol appears to have been a factor.
