Midnight ring and run reported

Battlefords RCMP responded to around 20 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 16 and 6 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17. Four of those calls were traffic related and three false alarms were also responded to. Sunday 10:06 a.m.

Battlefords RCMP responded to around 20 calls for service/occurrences between 6 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 16 and 6 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17.

Sunday

10:06 a.m. - 21-year-old man arrested and facing charges of impaired care and control of a motor vehicle and care and control while over .08 after a report of a suspicious vehicle in an alley on 103rd Street.

3:00 p.m. - Report of a 13-year-old missing since yesterday. Whereabouts of youth confirmed by police, had not been missing after all.

6:41 p.m. - Report of a hit and run to a parked vehicle.

10:25 p.m. - Noise complaint/possible domestic dispute on 102nd Street. Members attended, all subjects fine. Warned about noise.

Monday

12:23 a.m. - Suspicious persons ringing a doorbell and running away on Winder Crescent. Subjects not located.

1:37 a.m. - Report of an assault at a residence on 109th Street. Upon arrival it was determined no assault occurred, just an argument with one subject leaving the home, possibly not properly dressed for weather. Detailed search of area for subject negative.
