Minor vehicle crashes reported

Battlefords RCMP responded to approximately 25 calls for service between 6 a.m. Monday, July 6 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, July 7.

Monday

• There was a complaint that vehicles had been broken into while they were parked outside a hotel overnight.

• A vehicle on the 1400 block of 98th Street was broken into overnight and items were stolen from it.

• There was a report of a single vehicle collision on 34th Street in Battleford at 11:44 a.m.  The driver was not injured and the vehicle sustained minor damage.

• At 7:22 p.m. there was a report of a car accident on the corner of 12th Avenue and 110th Street involving two vehicles.  No one was injured in the crash.  One of the vehicles had to be towed from the intersection.

Tuesday

• There was a vehicle stolen overnight sometime before 5:00 a.m. from the 1600 block of 99th Street. The vehicle is a grey 2007 Chevrolet Silverado with Saskatchewan licence plate 468 HPX and it has not yet been located.

Officers also arrested one person for an alcohol related offence, there were three disturbances reported, two nuisance 911 calls, one false alarm and one person who was reported missing that has already been located.
