SASKATCHEWAN — An area of Saskatchewan is under a rainfall warning issued by Environment Canada.
Heavy rain will bring 40 to 80 mm by Saturday evening. Showers were forecast to begin late Friday evening and overnight before becoming heavy rain Saturday morning. The heavy rain will continue through the day on Saturday before tapering off in the evening.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
