The extensive list of charges against Norman Bird will be returning to court Dec. 12 in North Battleford Provincial Court.
Judge Kim Young granted the latest adjournment in the case on counsel’s request Wednesday in North Battleford.
Bird, who was scheduled for a show cause hearing, is remanded by consent to that date.
Bird faces numerous charges following his arrest in October after his vehicle was involved in a police pursuit. His charges include uttering threats, aggravated assault, forcible confinement, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, discharge of a firearm recklessly, pointing a firearm, robbery with a firearm, evading police, assaulting a police officer, and possession of a controlled substance under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
