The City of North Battleford is putting agendas for its council meetings, planning committee and leisure services advisory committee meetings online.
“This is part of our on-going efforts at the City of North Battleford to better serve residents and ensure we are being as transparent as possible in our municipal governance,” says City Manager Jim Puffalt.
“By placing these agendas online, the City of North Battleford is ensuring all residents have all the information to understand what is happening during these meetings,” says Puffalt. “With more and more people using mobile devices connected to the web, this is just the next, reasonable step in encouraging full public engagement.”
Planning committee and leisure services advisory committee agendas will now be located on the City of North Battleford website at: www.cityofnb.ca/city_government/committee_meetings.html. Council meeting agendas and minutes will also continue to be placed on the city’s website at: www.cityofnb.ca/city_government/council_meetings.html .
Agendas will be placed online on the day of the meetings.
