Around 12:45 p.m. Friday Wynyard RCMP responded to a call of a collision between an eastbound semi and a westbound car on Highway16.
The adult male semi driver was taken to hospital as a precaution. The lone driver of the car, an adult male, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Wynyard RCMP and an RCMP Collision Reconstructionist continue to investigate.
