The third individual arrested in connection to a targeted ATM break-and-enter in Leoville was in court Wednesday.

He faced charges of break and enter and theft over $5,000 in connection to the Leoville incident, and break and enter under $5,000 in connection to another break and enter to the Mervin Co-op. He also faces a number of other charges including stealing a grain truck, possession of stolen property, possession of instruments used for breaking in, dangerous driving and others.
Poundmaker was due back in court Thursday for a scheduled bail hearing.
As well, Garvin Martin and a 15-year-old who cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act also face charges in connection to the Leoville case as well as to the same break and enter in Mervin. Both had appeared in court earlier in the week and were due to return court for bail hearings in the coming days.
