Battlefords RCMP responded to 40 calls for service over the time period Wednesday, May 24th 6 a.m. to Thursday, May 25th 6 a.m., including but not limited to the following:
7:06 a.m. Theft of a White 2004 GMC 1500 from the 11000 block of 8th Ave. in North Battleford.
9:50 a.m. Report of a mischief to a school located in the rural area north of North Battleford. Surveillance cameras were destroyed. 3 youth were located by police and subsequently arrested and charged.
12:04 p.m. Report of a suicidal female in North Battleford. Police attended, located the subject alive and arranged medical transportation to the Hospital for treatment.
12:45 p.m. Report of a hit and run to a 2017 Ford F150 while parked at a business on Carlton Trail.
1:10 p.m. Theft of yellow 2004 Pontiac Sunfire from the rural area north of North Battleford;
2:50 p.m. Call to a motor vehicle roll over on highway 378 near Whitkow. No significant injuries.
There were also seven calls of mischief throughout this time period, including suspicious people banging on doors and vandalism to property including spray painting of vehicles and fences.
RCMP would like to remind everyone to watch out for suspicious activity not only for themselves but for their neighbours as well. If you see suspicious activity or persons please do not take matters into your own hands but call the Battlefords Detachment at 306 446 1720, or 911 immediately.
