A school bus with one child on board was involved in a crash Thursday at about 5:10 p.m. on Highway 699 near Ministikwan First Nation.
The child was the son of the bus driver.
Loon Lake RCMP say a Ford Focus was headed south on the highway when the bus came off a side road. The car hit the bus, spinning it around and sending it into the ditch.
Police say the car was damaged beyond repair and three of the four occupants required medical attention. The driver of the car was uninjured
Police say road and weather conditions are not a factor in the accident and the investigation is ongoing.
