Shooting takes place on 101st Street

The Battlefords RCMP is requesting assistance from the public for information relating to a shooting incident. On Wednesday, July 22, at approximately 7 p.m., RCMP responded to a complaint of a male shot on the 1800 block of 101st Street.

On Wednesday, July 22, at approximately 7 p.m., RCMP responded to a complaint of a male shot on the 1800 block of 101st Street.

Members arrived on scene and immediately began treating the male victim for his injuries.

Several suspects had gone to the residence wearing masks and got in an altercation with the victim. As a result of the altercation the victim was shot.
