The man who was shot in the head last week in North Battleford continues to recover in hospital.
The man had previously been listed in serious condition, but according to the Battlefords RCMP, his condition has now been upgraded and he is expected to make a full recovery.
The RCMP says investigators spoke to the victim Monday and that the investigation is ongoing.
The shooting happened around 1 a.m. Sept. 16 in the 1700 block of St. Laurent Drive. It was the third shooting incident in the city this year.
The victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was initially treated at North Battleford and then airlifted by STARS air ambulance to Saskatoon.
The crime scene was processed by Forensic Identification Section and has since been released.
