This was the scene outside an apartment complex on Killdeer Drive on Thursday afternoon. It seems Frosty the Snowman and his family have paid a visit to North Battleford. Neighbours who noticed the trio say a little girl had been busy for three consecutive afternoons putting together the trio. On Thursday, it seemed likely their stay in North Battleford would be a short one, as it is well known that snowmen typically don’t like the warm weather.
