An 18-year-old Saskatoon man has been arrested by Radisson RCMP following a stabbing at Glenburn Regional Park Sunday.

A 21-year-old Maymont area, stabbed in the lower back, was transported to Battlefords Union Hospital with what RCMP describe as non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the incident, reported at approximately 1:30 a.m., grew out a dispute among a group of young people camping in the park. Alcohol was a factor, police say.

The police investigation continues and charges are pending.

Anyone who witnessed the assault is asked to contact the Warman RCMP.
