North Battleford Fire Department responded to a report of a vehicle fire at the rear of 2214 Douglas Avenue at about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
RCMP report the vehicle had been reported stolen from Meadow Lake.
When firefighters arrived on the scene the vehicle appeared to be stuck in the alley with the passenger seat burned. There was no further damage to the vehicle, according to NBFD.
Both the RCMP and the fire department report three people were seen running away from the vehicle.
