Strong year for Innovation Credit Union

Innovation Credit Union members can look forward to patronage allocation totaling $2.2 million this year. The organization reported 10.9 per cent growth in its total administered assets in 2010.

The organization reported 10.9 per cent growth in its total administered assets in 2010.

"Throughout 2010, our focus has been on positioning our organization for the future and our asset growth is a clear indication that we are on the right track," said Susan Woods, interim chief executive officer.

"Our profitable year combined with the gradual rebound of the market made for a successful bottom line that our staff and members can be proud of."

The credit union held its annual and informational meetings March 28 and 29. New board members were announced - Jerome Bru and Ian Twidale in District One and Betty Goddard and Audrey Yee in District Two.

Innovation Credit Union has 26 locations and 50,000 members in North Central and Southwest Saskatchewan.
