A Lloydminster man charged in connection to the deaths of three people in a collision on Highway 16 on Sept. 22 has had his matters adjourned again, this time to Nov. 1.
Brandon Stucka, 26, who faces multiple charges including criminal negligence causing death, criminal negligence causing bodily harm, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm, appeared by closed-circuit TV on Wednesday, Oct. 18 in North Battleford Provincial Court.
The news from this latest appearance is that Stucka has new legal counsel. He has retained Legal Aid as his representation after his previous lawyer, Hasaan Jomha, had withdrawn from the case a week earlier.
Stucka has been remanded by consent to his next appearance Nov. 1 in North Battleford provincial court. His appearance is again scheduled to be by closed-circuit TV.
