Sept. 30, 2016

6:14 a.m. - Report of a person threatening suicide on the Moosomin First Nation. Person was located and arrested under the Mental Health Act and taken for an assessment. 

8:22 a.m. - Report of two unknown persons in a van came to the complainant’s residence in North Battleford and asked for police assistance without any more information then left. RCMP members made patrols and attempted to locate the van but were unable to locate it. 

8:42 a.m. - Report of bullying at a local school in North Battleford, all parties spoken to. 

10:54 a.m. - Report of disturbance at a local North Battleford business over a motor vehicle. Investigation is ongoing. 

11:31 a.m. - Report of a semi being on fire along Highway 4. Investigation is ongoing.

12:34 a.m. - Report of an intoxicated person on 110th Street in North Battleford. The person was located and RCMP members were unable to locate a sober person to care for the person. The person was lodged until they were able to care for themselves.

2:21 p.m. - Report of a break and enter on 102nd Street in North Battleford. Investigation is ongoing. 

2:40 p.m. - Report of a two-vehicle collision on 12th Avenue in North Battleford, both vehicles had to be towed. Investigation is ongoing.

2:57 p.m. - Report of a missing person from the Town of Battleford, person located safe and sound at home.

4:15 p.m. - Report of a robbery in North Battleford. A person was threatened then robbed of their personal property. Investigation is ongoing. 

4:20 p.m. - Report of internal theft at a local business in North Battleford. Investigation is ongoing. 

4:25 p.m. - Report of a wanted person at a local business in North Battleford. RCMP members made a patrol the wanted person was not located. 

6:02 p.m. - Report of two intoxicated people trying to fight each in the area of 102nd Street. RCMP members made patrols made but were unable to locate.

6:55 p.m. - Report of four males throwing the complainant’s child's bike over the bridge into the water by the Battleford Bridge area. Investigation is ongoing. 

9:33 p.m. - RCMP member on patrol located very intoxicated person at a local business on 100th Street in North Battleford. Unable to locate a sober party to care for the person. The person was lodged until they were able to care for themselves. 

9:57 p.m. - Report of street racing on 100 Street in North Battleford.

10:38 p.m. - Report of a break and enter in the area of 110 Street. Investigation is ongoing. 

11:10 p.m. - Report of smashed windows at a residence on the Sweetgrass First Nation. Investigation is ongoing. 

11:13 p.m. - Report of a person who required medical attention in the rural area of North Battleford, person was located and transported to a local hospital for treatment. 

11:15 p.m. - Report of attempted Break and Enter on 104th Street in North Battleford. Investigation ongoing. 

Oct. 1, 2016

1:03 a.m. - RCMP members were flagged down by a motorist who advised that he was cut off while driving. The vehicle then stopped and a person confronted the complainant. The vehicle was located a short time later by RCMP members. Investigation is ongoing. 

1:12 a.m. - Report of suspicious persons at a residence on the Sweetgrass First Nation. It is believed the three people were involved in the break and enter and earlier traffic complaint. The three people were taken into custody. Investigation is ongoing.

1:40 a.m. - Report of an intoxicated person in the area of 100 Street. RCMP members made a patrol. 

1:56 a.m. - Report of a person being bear sprayed in the area of Bowers Drive. Investigation is ongoing. 

2:43 a.m. - Report of a break and enter in the area of Poplar Crescent, Aquadeo. One person arrested on scene. 

3:45 a.m. - Report of an intoxicated person in the area of 105th Street, North Battleford. RCMP members made a patrol.

4:09 a.m. - RCMP member on patrol located an impaired driver in North Battleford. Driver arrested and charged. 

5:54 a.m. - Report of a Break and Enter in progress in the area of 1st Avenue West, Battleford. Investigation is ongoing. 

The source of the 86 calls for service as follows: five 911 calls, three abandoned  vehicles, one animal call, five assaults, two assist other agencies, five break and enters, one child welfare check, two dangerous driving calls, one dangerous driving call for street racing, 5five disturbing the peace calls, three breach of court orders, two fail to remain at accident scene, 1 false alarm call, 1 fire prevention act call, 3 firearms calls, two impaired driving calls, one lost and found property call, 12 Liquor Act calls, one Mental Health call, 10 mischief/prevent the lawful enjoyment of property calls, three motor vehicle speeding calls, one theft under $5,000, one report of a missing person call, one Crime Stoppers tip call, one robbery call, two suspicious person calls, one theft of utilities call, two motor vehicle collisions, one trespassing call and four uttering threats calls.
