Suspect sought for aggravated assault charges

More than 25 calls for service were made to the North Battleford RCMP detachment between 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 22 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23.

More than 25 calls for service were made to the North Battleford RCMP detachment between 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 22 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23.

Included in those calls were two child welfare or family relations investigation,five traffic or minor collision investigations,three false or nuisance 911 calls,three municipal bylaw or disturbance complaints and two false alarms.

Monday

8:22 a.m. - Vehicle parked on 1100 block of 102nd Street gone through. Some loose change and a calculatortaken.

8:52 a.m. - Additional graffiti to a building reported on 101st Street from the weekend.Related to suspect already in custody from the weekend.

10:53 a.m. - Report of an assault on Deans Crescent which occurred Friday. Charges are now currently pending against a 35-year-old man for aggravated assault and assault. Suspect is currently still being sought.

1:21 p.m. - Theft of gasoline from a business on Railway Avenue East.

2:22 p.m. - Call of an unwanted person at a residence on Panton Avenue. Dispute between roommates.Matter mediated.

3:57 p.m. - Theft of power suspected.Few details available at this time. Investigation ongoing.

4:09 p.m. - Hit and run to a vehicle parked at a parking lot on Carlton Trail.

4:14 p.m. - Vehicle window damaged overnight while parked on 700 block of 100th Street.

8:03 p.m. - Report of suspicious individuals shining a flashlight into vehicles at Kramer place.No damaged vehicles located and suspects were not located.
