Three new members on board

Ten of the 14 candidates for Battlefords Chamber of Commerce director seats have been elected, including seven incumbents and three individuals new to the board.

Ten of the 14 candidates for Battlefords Chamber of Commerce director seats have been elected, including seven incumbents and three individuals new to the board.


New members elected to two-year terms are Jeff Graham of Bee-J's Office Plus, Gwen Renwick of Innovation Credit Union and Trevor Watts of Eternal Memories Funeral Service and Crematorium.


Incumbents returning to the board are Brendon Boothman of RBC Dominion Securities, Jay Bottomley of Oil Can Charlie's Ltd., Darla Conley of SaskTel, Ed Lee of M & M Meat Shops, Ryan Moe of G & C Asphalt Ltd, Marcella Torres of Cleaning Call and Warren Williams of Bralin Technology Solutions.


The Chamber reports that 31 per cent of the 370 members eligible to cast ballots in the election did so.


The newly-elected board members will be presented at the Chamber's annual general meeting Jan. 28.
