Veteran duffer Roy Burgess, along with a number of other golfers, took advantage of El Nino's Christmas gift by getting a number of golf swings in on Christmas Day [1997].
It was a first for the Tisdale course as the Recorder could not find any record of golfing on Christmas Day in previous decades.
A number of the golfers commented on Roy's nice white legs.
