North Battleford RCMP responded to 21 calls for service between 6 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16 and 6 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17.
Over that time period, RCMP made three arrests relating to alcohol offences. Other calls included two child welfare investigations, four traffic investigations, one bylaw complaint, two minor disturbances reported, three minor collisions, one alarm responded to and one Mental Health Act investigation.
Police are seeking information into the following incidents:
Tuesday
• Report of a theft of gasoline from a business on Highway 16 Bypass shortly after 6 p.m. No descriptors of the suspect vehicle provided at time of complaint.
Wednesday
• Police called to a residence on Trudeau Street shortly before 4 a.m. in response to a report of a man assaulted with a tire iron. The male man was already being treated at hospital by the time the incident was reported and is not believed to have any serious injuries, although he continues to be monitored. Two suspects have been identified and the investigation is still ongoing. Neither suspect was located at the address where the incident was believed to have occurred when checked early this morning.
