The town of Battleford carried a resolution at last week's meeting to purchase a lot at 102-23rd St. W. that will serve as parking for the Battleford Opera House.
The lot is being purchased for PJ Lefevre Holdings Ltd. for $65,000, GST included.
The resolution, which authorizes the mayor and administration to sign the necessary documents, carried unanimously at the town council meeting.
