HUMBOLDT — Two have been charged in connection with break and enter, as well as thefts in Humboldt.
In the early morning hours of June 21, Humboldt RCMP were dispatched to properties on Jubilee Drive and 12 Avenue.
Police said their investigation led members to the arrest of two subjects, as well as a search of a vehicle and a local hotel room. This resulted in RCMP seizing and recovering several stolen items, which are now in RCMP custody.
Jarvis Lloyd Grieman, 37, and Odera Alice Louis, 21, both of Saskatoon, have been remanded into custody facing several criminal charges, police said. Both will make their first appearance on these matters on June 22 in Saskatoon.
Humboldt RCMP said the matters are still under investigation and they have recovered property, including two bicycles that do not have identified owners at this time. In the coming days RCMP will be contacting the known victims to return property.
Police said they are asking the public if they were a victim of a related theft to contact the Humboldt RCMP.
Those with any information are asked to contact Humboldt RCMP at 306-682-2535 or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
