Battlefords RCMP responded to 45 matters over this period from 6 a.m. Tuesday, April 11 to 6 a.m. Wednesday, April 12 including the following:
Tuesday, April 11
12:00 p.m. - Report of a two-vehicle collision in the city at the intersection of 18th Avenue and 97th Street involving a Chevrolet Colorado driven by a 34-year-old male and a Ford Focus driven by a 32-year-old female. Both vehicles were towed and EMS was on scene as a precaution.
3:34 p.m. - Report of theft from a local motel sometime overnight, stolen were three bags of recyclables, along with a TV. Surveillance was obtained by police. The matter still under investigation.
9:38 p.m. - Report of a two-vehicle collision at the Territorial Avenue and 100th Street intersection involving a 41-year-old female driving a Chevrolet Impala and a 56-year-old male driving a Ford Taurus. Both vehicles were towed was EMS on scene as a precaution.
Police responded to 42 other calls for service including Provincial and Criminal Code Statutes.
