Two North Battleford residents are facing multiple drug related charges after a raid on a house in the 1400 block of 111th Street May 23.
Battlefords Municipal GIS unit of the RCMP executed a CDSA search warrant there at 11 a.m., according to an RCMP press release distributed Friday.
Police say the warrant was secured through an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking in North Battleford. A quantity of marijuana and cash were seized. The estimated street value of the marijuana exceeds $2,300, police say
Jackie Night, 45, and Derek Moosomin (34) with trafficking marijuana, possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking and possessing proceeds of crime.
Both have been released from custody and will make their first appearance in North Battleford Provincial Court on Sept.16, 2013 at 2 p.m.
