The Prince Albert Parkland Health Region is in need of caring, compassionate and committed volunteers to fill the following service positions:
Influenza Clinic Volunteers — Personable, friendly and organized volunteers are needed from October to December of 2015 to greet clients and assist with the flow of visitors at public health and PAPHR staff influenza clinics. Flu clinics are held at several Prince Albert and rural sites. Volunteer shifts are 8:30 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Days are flexible, Monday through Friday according to availability.
Pet Therapy – Evergreen Health Centre (Leoville) — Volunteers with well-trained, friendly pets may visit the residents at the nursing homes. The pets must meet the necessary requirements prior to visiting. Shifts are once or twice per week weith flexible hours.
