Rosthern RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 22-year-old Derrick Leon Laliberte.
Laliberte has been charged, in relation to an incident that occurred in city of Prince Albert, with: break and enter, disguise with intent, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public; use a firearm in an offence and two counts of possession of a firearm when prohibited to do so.
He has since failed to appear for a preliminary hearing and there is a warrant for his arrest out of Prince Albert. He also has been charged with failure to appear.
The public is advised to not approach Laliberte, but to contact the nearest police service. Anyone with information is urged to contact Rosthern RCMP at 306-232-6400.
