Photographer Averil Hall was down at the Battle River Tuesday morning to photograph Ice on the Battle River. The Water Security Agency monitors ice flows on the Battle River. Whether flooding will be an issue this year is yet to be determined, the agency told the News-Optimitst, although one representative didn't expect it to be an issue.
