Two more bylaws connected to the 2013 budget adoption made their way to North Battleford council Monday.
This time it is to amend the waterworks and sewerage bylaws. Both would set the proposed rates for 2013 as well as attain the 6.9 per cent increase for water and sewer services.
The bylaws were introduced Monday and given two readings, with both bylaws to come back for third reading and passage at the next meeting.
