EAST CENTRAL — Due to last night's blizzard, all Horizon School Division schools are moving to learning from home for today, Feb. 1.
"Ensuring the health and safety of our students and staff is of utmost importance to Horizon School Division and its Board of Education," said Kevin Garinger, the division's director of education, in a letter (warning .pdf).
"Teachers will be available to students throughout the school day, to the best of their ability. This is not an ideal situation, but ensuring that our families and staff are safe during this extreme weather is our main concern."
