MELFORT — Melfort RCMP have laid charges in relation to the vandalism of the fountain at Memorial Gardens on Main Street in Melfort.
A video camera was used by the RCMP in finding his identity.
Due to his age being under 18, the name of the person charged has been withheld.
The fountain was vandalized on the night of Sept. 28.
