The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is advising of a cluster of COVID-19 cases in the Yorkton area and has declared an outbreak in the Yorkton Regional Health Centre as of September 27, 2020.

There are 14 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on September 28, bringing the total to 1,892 reported cases. The new cases are located in the Far North West (1), Saskatoon (3), Central East (7) and Regina (3) zones.

Submitted by the RCMP On Sept. 27, a front-line officer at the Yorkton RCMP Detachment tested positive for COVID-19. The officer immediately self-isolated as per the direction of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA).
