Battlefords RCMP are reporting they responded to a complaint Monday morning of gunfire at a residence on the 1100 block of 105th Street. Police say they were called to the scene at approximately 7:50 a.m.

A local French preschool is hosting an open house for interested parents. Le Petit Monde Préscolaire is a French, Catholic immersion preschool program, open to children aged 3-5. The preschool is located at École Monseigneur Blaise Morand.
