The Saskatchewan RCMP has welcomed the announcement that the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission has initiated a public interest investigation into the RCMP’s criminal investigation into the death of Colten Boushie and the events that followed.

MAIDSTONE — The Maidstone campaign to collect donations for the Canadian National Institute of the Blind is reporting a total for fundraising in 2017. A total of $3,792 was raised for the CNIB in Maidstone district during a fall canvass.
