Dear Editor It's a good thing we have a P3 for the new Sask Hospital. Government said many times a P3 would transfer risks to the private sector. Now we see it happening. If government led the project, they would have to pay to replace Carillion.

The end of the holiday season also means the end of the World Junior Championships, and after what feels like an eternity - in reality it has only been since 2015 – Canada is back on top of the world junior hockey world.
