If you have ever attended a workshop on goal setting, guaranteed the workshop covered the aspect of SMART goals. SMART goals are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-specific.

My world is constantly changing, but this October seems to have more transitions than normal. It has been busy and stressful. I have two beautiful new nieces and a handsome new nephew, who have had me running to the hospital.

Dear Editor Oct. 5, Prince Albert Parkland Health Region denied a request to have blood transfusions performed at the Spiritwood Health Complex.

It's amazing how short our memories are. Every year, winter arrives in a flurry of white snow, as it did this week. And every year, we all seem to experience mixed emotions, including surprise, by its arrival.

I would like to applaud REACT for trying to recycle plastic. The problem is it only applies to ones that have the arrow(s) and number(s) system.
