Dear Editor On behalf of myself, my family and everyone who signed a petition to have improvements made at Borden Crescent Park, I would like to give the City of North Battleford a big "thanks" for the new swing set installed in the park.

Ed, my neighbour next door, was philosophical when there was a covering of snow everywhere the morning of May 25. "No point in even considering it," Ed observed. "It will melt before lunch." He was right.
