Rain. In January. And temperatures mild enough that you don't have to put on a coat to run out the door for a couple of minutes. What is this - B.C.? Whatever it is, this is not a typical Saskatchewan winter.

I've owned a Maytag dishwasher for decades and I can't imagine life without it. Although Hubbie and I are physically capable of washing dishes by hand there's nothing like knowing the plates and cutlery are not only clean, they're sanitized.

I'm a vegetarian, and have been for several years. I see no reason to start eating meat, but I don't necessarily have a problem with anyone who does (unless they are trying to convince me to).

Saskatchewan winters bring dreams of far off destinations, sunny beaches and exotic food and beverages. I know many people from the community who have been away lately or are anxiously counting down to the day printed on their airline voucher.

We all have a limit when it comes to achieving our health and fitness goals. We all have a weakness. We all have something holding us back. We all have something that is keeping us from succeeding.
