OUTLOOK - Getting in some reps and some important training drills before taking off across the country in order to represent the province was the under-19 women's field lacrosse team.

The roster held team practice sessions at LCBI High School in Outlook over July 22nd to the 24th, getting themselves conditioned and mentally ready for what lay ahead of them - a trip out to BC to play for the Jenny Kyle Cup, awarded to the top women’s team at Lacrosse Canada’s U19 Women’s Field Lacrosse Nationals.

This year's event is hosted in Coquitlam, BC from July 28 to July 30.

Named after Jenny Kyle, a key figure in the development of women’s lacrosse, the cup honors the skill and teamwork displayed by the best female lacrosse players in the country. Teams compete for the title, with the event highlighting the growth and competitiveness of women’s lacrosse in Canada.
