OUTLOOK — An Outlook man has been charged by the RCMP with two sexual offences involving a victim who is disabled, according to police.
Scot Wallace has been formally charged with the following crimes:
- one count of sexual exploitation of a young person;
- one count of sexual exploitation of a person with a disability.
Both charges are under the Criminal Code.
Sgt. Mark Langager of the Outlook RCMP told SaskToday that Wallace had the charges officially sworn against him and he was released on conditions.
He is now set for a court appearance in Outlook next month.
The matter is set for a court date of Thursday, September 18.
