Male charged with fail to comply with release order condition at request of Sask. Community Corrections

Unity RCMP members received a request from Alberta Sheriffs Branch to serve court documents to an individual in the Detachment area.

Unity Report

RCMP received a report of a trailer in the ditch south of Unity. Members attended but could not locate the trailer.

Members received a request from Alberta Sheriff’s Branch to serve court documents to an individual in the detachment area.

Police received a complaint of harassing communications but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual trespassing in a residence yard. This matter is still under investigation.

Members are investigating a complaint of theft.

Police issued a 30-day roadside suspension and a 14-day vehicle impoundment during a traffic stop. Two traffic tickets were also issued to the vehicle driver.

There was also one traffic complaint, one false 911 call and one false alarm.

Wilkie Report

RCMP received a complaint of trespassing at a residence but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

A 31-year-old male from no fixed address in Alberta was charged with failure to comply with a release order condition at the request of Saskatchewan Community Corrections.

Police received a complaint of uttering threats. This matter is still under investigation.

RCMP received a report of an intoxicated individual walking down the street in Wilkie. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of the complaint.

Members assisted an individual in contacting West Central Crisis Centre.

Macklin Report

RCMP received a report of fraud but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Police received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. The subject of the complaint left the area before Members arrived. The complainant requested no further action be taken.

RCMP received a complaint of an individual threatening to smash windows of a vehicle. Members attended but the subject of the complaint was gone on arrival. Members located the subject of the complaint, but the complainant requested no further action be taken.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members transported the subject of the complaint to Unity Health Centre for assessment.

Members received a complaint of theft. The property was returned to the owner. The complainant declined to proceed.

A 40-year-old-Macklin man was charged with sexual assault after members received a complaint of sexual assault.

A 26-year-old Macklin man was charged with assault causing bodily harm after Members received a complaint of assault.

A 26-year-old Macklin woman was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle during a traffic stop.

Members received a request to keep the peace while they retrieved personal property from a residence.

RCMP received a complaint of fraud. This matter is still under investigation.

Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint who was transported to Provost Hospital for assessment.

There were also two false 911 calls.
